1. Add Suppliers and Items – Admin adds supplier and item details.
2. Create Purchase Orders – Staff/Admin create POs for stock procurement.
3. Receive Items – System updates stock based on received items.
4. Back Order Auto-Generation – For undelivered items, BO is created automatically.
5. Return Faulty Items – Create return records to adjust inventory.
6. Record Sales – Track sold items and auto-deduct from inventory.
