Project Objective
- To provide an online platform where users can log FIRs easily.
- To allow complainants to track updates regarding their filed cases.
- To enable Headquarters to monitor all active and resolved cases.
- To promote transparency in law enforcement processes.
- To minimize bribery and manual delays in the system.
Modules Overview
This system is divided into four major role-based modules, each with defined responsibilities:
1. User / Complainant Module
- File FIRs online.
- View case history and updates in real-time.
- Can log multiple FIRs.
2. HQ (Head Quarter) Module
- Monitor all cases across different locations.
- Add or delete police stations.
- Assign login credentials to Police In-charge.
3. Police In-charge Module
- View all cases under their jurisdiction.
- Add police officers for the area.
- Assign cases to individual police officers.
- Provide login access to police staff.
4. Police Module
- View only those cases assigned by the In-charge.
- Update case status (Pending / Completed).
- Close the case and file the charge-sheet.

How to Run the Project
- Install XAMPP or WAMP on your system.
- Place the project folder in the
htdocsdirectory. - Import the database
