The Complaint Management System is a web app that helps companies handle complaints in a better way. It’s made using Java, JSP, MySQL, and runs on Tomcat Server.In this system, employees can add complaints, engineers can work on solving them, and admins can manage everything. It makes the whole process more simple and organized.
