🚀 Getting Started

1. 🔧 Installation

Download and extract the ZIP file to your server root (htdocs for XAMPP or www for WAMP). Ensure your PHP version is compatible.

2. 🛠 Configuration

Update the database credentials in config.php or equivalent DB connection file.

3. 🗃️ Database Setup

Two SQL files are provided:

• createdb.sql: Contains database structure (tables for users, listings, complaints, etc.)
• data.sql: Includes dummy listing and sample data

Import both files in phpMyAdmin or via the MySQL CLI.

➕ Adding Listings

Users can log in and post listings via saleform.php. Image upload and details like land area, price, city, etc., are validated.

🛠️ Managing Listings

Users can edit or delete their posts. Admins can moderate complaints and manage requests through dedicated PHP pages.

🔐 User Authentication

Registration and login logic is built in via register.php and account.php, with access-level checks for users and admins.

🔎 Search & Filters

Users can filter land posts based on province, city, or price range.
