There are two primary modules in the Art Gallery Management System:

Admin Module

1. Dashboard: View key metrics including:
   • Total number of artists
   • Total answered and unanswered inquiries
   • Total art types, mediums, and products
2. Art Type Management: Add, update, or delete art types.
3. Art Medium Management: Add, update, or delete art mediums.
4. Art Product Management: Add, update, or delete art products.
5. Inquiry Management: View and maintain user inquiries.
6. Search Inquiry: Search for inquiries using their unique inquiry number.
7. Page Management:
   • Manage “About Us” and “Contact Us” pages.
8. Profile Settings: Admin can update their profile, change their password, and recover forgotten passwords.

User Module

1. Home: A welcome page showcasing the art gallery’s highlights.
2. About: Learn more about the gallery through the “About Us” page.
3. Art Type Browsing:
   • View art products categorized by art type.
   • Send inquiries for specific art products.

How to Run

To set up and manage the project, take the following actions:

1. Download the zip file.
2. Extract the file and copy the agms folder.
3. Paste the agms folder inside the root directory:
   • For XAMPP: xampp/htdocs
4. Open PHPMyAdmin by visiting http://localhost/phpmyadmin.
5. Create a database named agmsdb.
6. Import the agmsdb.sql file from the SQL folder provided in the zip package.
7. Run the project by visiting http://localhost/agms.
